Coach Requests

Remove "For MyBudgetCoach to be useful, you need to add an account..." message for new users.
As a new user, I saw the avatar convo in the corner, but I also saw this prominently in the middle: “For MyBudgetCoach to be useful, you need to add an account. You can link an account to automatically download transactions, or manage it locally yourself.” Visually, this message grabbed my attention more than the avatar convo. It contains multiple jargon terms. I assumed this was a starting point, a directive I needed to follow. This was anxiety-provoking and confusing for me as a user. The language could have a slightly negative/ punitive psychological impact. Like I just entered and I'm already doing something wrong. I know this is subtle, but I believe these little things create different subjective user experiences. (When I unsubscribe from marketing emails, I love getting, "You've successfully unsubscribed!" vs "We are sorry to see you go.") I lacked context for what “add an account” meant here. I hadn't been introduced to the product. I didn't know which of many uses of the word "account" this was. It’s trying to tell me I "need" to do something, or else the product is useless. I wanted to comply, but didn’t understand how. This message inserts a competing/ distracting voice where I believe the user is supposed to be starting to read the avatar conversation. If the avatar conversation is meant to lead the user to add an account, there should not be a larger message in the middle, jumping the gun and also trying to lead the user.
